UCAS Experts Feedback:
I assume this is intended as a dummy run for application for 2007 entry, since the deadline for receiving applications for 2006 entry was 15th October.
As it stands, it is vert skeletal. You will need to insert an entirely new paragraph linking Medicine with your A level subjects, and then getting across why it is Medicine that particularly appeals to you. You describe what you did for work experience, but there is nothing there which indicates in what ways you were surprised/excited - in other words, how it might have changed or reinforced your view of medicine.
I have translated the whole of what you have written into recognisable English. Therevised draft is attached, ready for you to work on the omissions.
